Leonora Valvo, Chief Executive Officer
Leonora Valvo knows how to make things happen. As a life-long entrepreneur, she has launched four successful companies in the travel and conference industries.
The concept and launch of Options, a highly-targeted and successful niche consulting business, provided corporate clients with “innovative, best practice” solutions for post-industry deregulation travel management including corporate consolidation, cost efficiencies and in-house operations and logistics.
She designed and created the Global Network, a strategic network of worldwide travel company partners. It provided the business travel community a wide range of innovative business “first time” programs, such as world-wide fare search, global traveler support and seamless, 24/7 traveler information access.
She engineered a strategic partnership with $750,000 (sales) leisure travel company and established their corporate travel division. She grew this company’s revenues to $10 million, which provided the springboard for the launch of today’s etouches.
As CEO of etouches, she has grown the business exponentially on a global level. In response to the dramatic consequences of the post 9/11 slumps in the events business, she reengineered her company, refocused her target markets and succeeded in transforming the company into a position of industry leader.
In 2005, recognizing the need for a comprehensive, web-based meeting and event solution and finding available tools expensive and lacking flexibility and vision, she began development of etouches®. Initially focused on event registration and housing management, etouches® has evolved into a fully integrated, enterprise solution which addresses all aspects of the event lifecycle while providing global visibility of the organization's event and meeting portolio. An award winner at EIBTM, eTouches has emerged as a leader in the strategic meetings management software space with customers including Volkswagen Audi, Diversified Business Communications, the Financial Times, Thomson Reuters, Google and travel industry analysts PhoCusWright.
In 2007, a fully subsidized office was established in the EMEA region.

John Collins, Executive Vice President Business Development
As EVP of Business Development, John oversees global business development, alliances, partnerships and sales. John’s 20 year history of growing ISV’s will be instrumental in the continued global expansion of etouches. John started his career as one of the original members of TCG, which did a very successful IPO and was later sold to AT&T. Prior to joining etouches, John was Vice President of Global Business Development at VPI Systems where he developed a global partner network including such Fortune 100 companies as SAP, HP, IBM, Accenture, Telcordia and Logica CMG.

Tim Cummins, Chief Software Architect
Tim, a graduate of Oxford University, developed web-based applications for a range of corporate clients including General Motors and BP before joining etouches. In 2005, he created the etouches suite of technology tools, and he has since continued to lead its development. His intimate knowledge of the software, coupled with a keen awareness of the events industry, allows him to tailor technology solutions to meet business objectives.
His spare time is largely devoted to football (soccer) - including playing in a 5 a side league, developing a well used online prediction league and following the fortunes of Tottenham Hotspur football club.

Neil Keefe, Director, Product Development & Support
Neil, a Bristol University graduate, is a results-orientated IT professional with 12 years of diverse experience in consultative, development, managerial and support roles at all levels. Nine of these years have been in the events industry, working on projects for clients including Gartner, HP, Microsoft, Oracle, SAP and SWIFT giving him a unique business and technical knowledge and a track record of delivering results to improve and enhance business performance in a rapidly evolving marketplace.

Welles C. Hatch, Chief Financial Officer
Welles Hatch is an experienced financial and operations executive with a background leading technology companies through expansion stage growth. In his role of Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Hatch has positioned organizations for scale development and investment, including New Vision Systems, an international enterprise software firm, and Fine Arts Express, the first national full service arts logistics firm in the US. Mr. Hatch serves on Linear Air’s board of managers.
Mr. Hatch holds a BA from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and an MBA in international business finance from George Washington University. He is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors and Financial Executives International.

Allison Lofaro See, Director of Operations
Allison has been with etouches for over 9 years and has been instrumental in handling the management responsibilities in the multi-faceted area of event registration and housing. In her new role as Director, Operations, Allison brings her exceptional customer service skills and unique problem solving to orchestrate and lead the internal team of program managers, to include registration and housing as well as meeting planners.
