Meet the etouches Team

Susan comes to etouches with 20 years of experience in operations, needs assessment, sales and marketing for events, publishing and broadcasting. Her experience includes producing the 1st western-style computer and consumer electronics tradeshows in Moscow (USSR and Russia) as Operations Manager for Comtek Expositions. Susan took her event planning and management experience to Skip Barber Racing School where she was responsible for staffing, logistics and travel management for over 2000 annual event days including corporate ride & drive programs and race series events. With Taunton Press and Cumulus Broadcasting, Susan sold advertising and produced client marketing programs including special events and commercials. Susan lives with her husband and son in Warren, CT and sometimes skis and plays tennis, is a Green Belt in Tang Soo Do style karate and sits on the board of directors of the Sherman Playhouse. Erin joined etouches in March of 2008 directly after graduating early from Skidmore College with a B.A. in both English and Music. After interning at a prestigious Entertainment Event company in the summer of 2007, Erin was determined to pursue a career in the Events Industry. Her enthusiasm and hunger for industry growth makes her a great addition to the etouches’ Sales and Marketing team where she currently leads Delegate Acquisition for a number of clients. In her spare time Erin is a flute teacher with 13 years of classical performance experience, and is an American Red Cross Certified Swim Instructor.

Jenn has a passion for Starbucks coffee. If you have heard the saying, “Go Big or Go Home”, then you understand when she orders her cappuccino, it is ALWAYS with extra shots of espresso! In her spare time, Jenn enjoys hiking with her husband, daughter, & Rhodesian Ridgeback, Zuni, and trying to compose the perfect “The Way I See It” quote for a Starbucks’ cup. One of Jenn’s favorite thought provoking quotes is: The question is not what you look at, but what you see.

At etouches, Jenn heads up the travel department and handles etouches support. Prior to her espresso addiction, she grew up in Bryn Mawr, PA, outside of Philadelphia, better known as the “Main Line”. She graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1994. Jenn has traveled throughout North America, Europe, the United Kingdom, and the Caribbean. Jenn’s career commitment is the travel industry, with almost 15 years experience. Jenn currently resides in Connecticut, and has been with etouches since 2002.

Summer graduated from New England College in May 2006 with a Bachelors Degree in Mass Communications. Through out Summer's work experience she has inspired creativity in banquet management, event planning, and customer service. In her spare time she enjoys hiking, boating, photography, and bartending. She has also successfully developed, promoted and supported family businesses while learning to take on physical and other challenges, set goals and achieved them.

Bringing pure passion and leadership to the company, Lisa started as a registration and housing manager and has worked her way through the many facets of the company to earn her title, which includes Onsite Registration Lead, Technology Lead, Housing Lead and Meeting Planning. She has been with the company since 2006 and continues to shine.

Molly is currently a student at Ridgefield High School. She began working for etouches in late 2008, after working as a cashier at two local supermarkets and a brief stint at Party Depot. She has integrated smoothly into the etouches team and considers herself "one of the more awesome people you will ever meet." When Molly is not working, she enjoys watching Gossip Girl, writing, not doing trigonometry homework, and applying to college. With any luck, she will be moving to the West Coast to attend school next fall.

Viktoria has been with etouches for 6+ years. In her role as Director of Sales, she is responsible for all web leads in the Americas and renewing existing business. Prior to joining the etouches sales team in August, 2008 Viktoria was Director of Events & Meetings, leading a team of six. Her team successfully coordinated more than 150 events and meetings in more than 20 countries. Bringing her previous experience selling events in Sweden & Greece, Viktoria brings a global perspective.

Having been a part of the event industry since 1999, Dianna has an extensive background in conference management, meeting planning and trade show organization. She prides herself on her intense commitment to her clients, her professionalism, and her strong work ethic. These attributes drove her to obtain her CMP Certification in meeting planning from the Convention Industry Council in 2005. Dianna’s knowledge of the event industry and great relationships with venues and event service suppliers are tools she uses to help our clients successfully achieve their event objectives and goals.

Chris joined etouches in December 08; and is a true computer technologist with an unquenched thirst and passion to learn anything and everything innovative in the world of IT. This self confessed web geek started coding web pages and making Risc OS programs when he was 12; which led him to study for a Diploma in Computer Sciences followed by a Degree in Software Design and Network Engineering from the University of Central England. When not developing for etouches, his hobbies include updating his various web sites and producing music in his home built studio. He’s also surprisingly quite sporty and enjoys running, tennis and trips to the gym.

Fazila graduated from Leicester University and joined the E-Smart Integrations group developing financial applications for its web based products. She was also responsible for setting up intranet services for DHL Express Ltd. Fazila was recruited by etouches as a Senior Development Engineer to assist in the development of the eTouches suite. As well as assisting UK based operations such as training and supporting clients.
