The eCruit Program
The eCruit Program was borne out of the need to identify exceptionally talented individuals to work at etouches while growing jobs in the state of Connecticut. eCruit, an innovative new program envisioned by Leonora Valvo, CEO of etouches, was created to offer new graduates jobs that keep talent in-state and help to grow the local economy.
Having worked with traditional employment recruiting methods and knowing the fast-paced growth of etouches, Leonora knew that an innovative new program was needed that set up a win-win for the candidate and etouches.
Talent identification and development is one of Leonora's core management philosophies and eCruit is designed to not only identify top talent, but provide for real-world situational evaluation scenarios to allow both the candidate and etouches to understand if the individual will thrive in the etouches' climate. eCruit ensures that candidates come into the job with realistic expectations and provides etouches with a level of certainty about future job performance and growth potential.
The eCruit Program is open to individuals that have graduated with an associate, baccalaureate, or master's program within the last year.
