The eSocial  module lets delegates contact other delegates securely and privately pre-event, during the event and post-event  to request a meeting on-site with those of similar interest or for possible synergies, making the opportunity for business a breeze.

eSocial is a  tool designed to help attendees get the most out of their event experience from a networking perspective, without forcing you to drown in administrative details to make it happen.

Integrated with the eReg application and generally set up about a month before an event, eSocial features include:

  • Ability to view delegate names, companies and job titles.
  • Ability to configure attendee directories that show real-time updates of who is attending, exhibitor directories, sponsor directories, Twitter directories and more
  • Personal agenda to see all session selections, special events and one-to-one and small group meetings
  • Option to send person-to-person messages or create your own  group from the attendee list to send messages
  • Ability to auto-create meetings for use in hosted buyer programs, networking or mentor programs
  • Ability to allow individuals to identify topics of interest and self-select into networking groups
  • Reports that identify who has connected with whom and appointment schedules
