Bruce Wilkinson, CSP  Keynote Address
"Making Safety a Value - Not a Priority:  The Key to Long-Term Safety Success"  Most organizations and government agencies tell their employees that safety and health at work will always be a priority.  But employees are human and they know all too well that just like life; priorities change. That’s why safety and health must be an organizational or government agency value  because values are not supposed to change. This will be an enthusiastic, informative and fun-filled program that will demonstrate how to make safety and health both an organizational and personal value in order to develop both a culture and matching workplace climate of personal responsibility for effective leadership and safe behavior at work.
