Seeing a need from clients for a more responsive system, etouches worked to provide clients with an integration that would allow for sophisticated workflows to give them the ability to create more opportunities.

In most cases customers won’t need a Salesforce integrator or IT support to configure and maintain the integration since the etouches platform will handle calling the appropriate Salesforce APIs when needed.”

Using etouches and together, event professionals will be able to build on their opportunities with enhanced data synchronization that includes all preferences for session details, registration and more categories. It will also give professionals the ability to create more seamless and targeted marketing campaigns. Recipients are updated in real-time by maintaining the campaigns and members in, then pulling it into the etouches eMarketing module.
