NORWALK, Conn., September 11, 2014 – etouches, a top provider of cloud based event management enterprise software, today announced a strengthened integration with Salesforce.com, the world’s largest provider of customer relationship management (CRM) software. Seeing a need from clients for a more responsive system, etouches worked to provide clients with an integration that would allow for sophisticated workflows to give them the ability to create more opportunities.
“Our Salesforce integration is simple to setup and yet extremely powerful with broad coverage of the full event lifecycle,” said Shane Edmonds, chief technology officer for etouches. “We don’t require complex changes to customers’ Salesforce organizations such as custom objects or installed apps to manage. In most cases customers won’t need a Salesforce integrator or IT support to configure and maintain the integration since the etouches platform will handle calling the appropriate Salesforce APIs when needed.”
Using etouches and Salesforce.com together, event professionals will be able to build on their opportunities with enhanced data synchronization that includes all preferences for session details, registration and more categories. It will also give professionals the ability to create more seamless and targeted marketing campaigns. Recipients are updated in real-time by maintaining the campaigns and members in Salesforce.com, then pulling it into the etouches eMarketing module.
